Cabinetry for Bathrooms, Linens, and Closets

Linen and bathroom storage in the 1920s home was usually built in. Bathroom cabinetry stored necessary personal supplies as well as bath linens. Additional built in linen storage could be found in most hallways conveniently located near bedrooms and bath. Bedroom closets, still referred to as wardrobes, were a recent improvement over the freestanding wardrobes and armoires of earlier decades.
