Colonial Revival is apparent in every line of this modest 1232 square foot home. The roof is a hybrid between gambrel and gable so it provides a full second floor. Ohter elements include the Doric columns at the entry and supporting the balcony. The veranda below accesses the living room on either side of the fireplace. The living room is large for the size of house, with the kitchen and dining room slightly smaller than average. The kitchen has a breakfast nook. There are three average sized bedrooms and a bath on the second floor.
